THE SELF-KEEPER™
A 12-week private journey through The Relationship With Self Method™
For women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves in relationships, rebuild self-trust, and create healthier, more mutual connections.
Over twelve weeks, we work with both what is happening in your relationships and the deeper patterns underneath it through private energy healing, emotional integration, reflection, and practical real-life change.
The journey unfolds through three stages:
See the Pattern → Return to Yourself → Relate From Truth
“Nicole is just amazing in her ability to BE during the entire process of discovery, release and alignment. Her playfulness and skill bring ease into tender moments and invite transformation and integration with joy. You always feel the part of the journey that you came for is complete. I leave with such enthusiasm for what will next unfold because of it.”
Who This Is For
You care deeply about your relationships, but too often find yourself losing touch with yourself inside them.
You may:
• give more than you receive and eventually feel depleted or resentful
• struggle to say what you really need or want
• feel responsible for keeping everyone else comfortable
• second-guess yourself when someone disagrees with you
• understand boundaries intellectually but still feel guilty setting them
• find yourself repeating familiar relationship patterns even when you know better
• have done a lot of self-reflection but sense that something deeper is still influencing your choices
• want relationships where you can be caring, open, and connected without abandoning yourself
The Self-Keeper™ is for women who are ready to look beneath the pattern and strengthen the relationship they have with themselves.
STAGE ONE: SEE THE PATTERN
Awareness
We begin by understanding where you lose connection with yourself and what tends to activate the pattern.
Together, we explore areas such as:
• people-pleasing and over-giving
• self-doubt and second-guessing
• familiar relationship dynamics
• subconscious beliefs about love and belonging
• early relationship roles and conditioning
• where you stay quiet, chase, fix, rescue, or wait to be chosen
This stage is about seeing clearly.
Because once you can recognize the pattern, you have more choice in how you respond.
Reflection:
Where do I leave myself in order to stay connected to someone else?
STAGE TWO: RETURN TO YOURSELF
Healing
Once the pattern becomes clearer, we work with what makes it difficult to respond differently.
This may include:
• guilt around having needs
• fear of rejection or conflict
• feeling responsible for other people's emotions
• inner-child patterns
• difficulty speaking your truth
• receiving support
• emotional and energetic imbalances
• boundaries that feel unsafe or difficult to maintain
This is where the deeper healing happens.
You begin strengthening the relationship with yourself beneath the behavior so that self-trust, boundaries, receiving, and honest expression can become more natural.
Reflection:
What is this pattern protecting, and do I still need that protection in the same way today?
STAGE THREE: RELATE FROM TRUTH
Alignment
The final stage is about bringing what has shifted internally into the way you actually live and relate.
We focus on:
• choosing from self-worth
• trusting your perception and decisions
• communicating more honestly
• maintaining boundaries
• allowing mutuality
• recognizing what healthy connection feels like
• becoming clearer about what you are and are not available for
• staying connected to yourself even when another person wants something different
The aim is greater congruence between what you know inside and the choices you make outside.
You become more able to stay connected to yourself while staying connected to someone else.
Know your truth. Speak your truth. Live your truth. Be your truth.
Reflection:
What would staying on my own side look like here?
Why This Work Matters
You can consciously want healthy, loving relationships and still find yourself doing things that take you further away from them.
You may over-give when you want more mutuality.
Stay quiet when something needs to be said.
Wait to be chosen instead of asking whether the relationship is right for you too.
Or accept less than you really want because disappointing someone feels harder than disappointing yourself.
These responses often make more sense when you understand what is underneath them.
Old beliefs about love, belonging, worth, conflict, or responsibility can quietly shape the way you respond long after you have consciously outgrown them.
The Self-Keeper™ helps you work with those deeper patterns so your choices, voice, boundaries, and relationships can increasingly reflect who you are now.
You do not have to abandon yourself in order to be loved.
What Can Begin To Change
As the relationship with yourself becomes stronger, you may begin to notice changes in the way you relate to others too.
You may find yourself:
• recognizing old patterns sooner
• trusting your own perception more
• speaking more honestly and over-explaining less
• setting boundaries with greater steadiness
• feeling less responsible for managing other people's emotions
• allowing more mutuality instead of automatically over-giving
• becoming clearer about what you want and what no longer works for you
• staying more connected to yourself when relationships feel challenging
The change is not about becoming someone different.
It is about becoming less willing to leave yourself behind.

Is The Self-Keeper™ therapy? We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
-
The Self-Keeper™ is best suited to women who are willing to reflect honestly on their own patterns, take responsibility for the choices they can influence, and engage with emotional and energy-based healing.
It is not the right fit if you are primarily looking for advice about how to change another person, want a quick solution without deeper reflection, or do not resonate with energy healing.
If you are currently in acute crisis or need specialized therapeutic, psychiatric, medical, or emergency support, appropriate professional care should come first.
-
No.
The patterns we work with can show up in romantic relationships, family, friendships, work, caregiving, or any situation where connection, approval, boundaries, or belonging matter to you.
At the center of the work is the relationship you have with yourself.
-
That is very common.
Many women come to this work already knowing that they people-please, over-give, struggle with boundaries, or lose confidence around certain people.
The deeper question is why that understanding does not always translate into a different response when the pattern is activated.
The Self-Keeper™ gives us space to work with what may be happening underneath the insight. You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
-
Not at all.
You do not need to understand energy work or have done it before. I will guide you through the process, and you are always encouraged to notice what feels true and meaningful for you.We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.
-
The intention is to leave you with more than insight.
By the end of the journey, you will have greater awareness of your patterns, practices for returning to yourself, and a clearer understanding of how you want to participate in your relationships going forward.
You will also create a personal continuation plan to help you keep strengthening self-trust, boundaries, voice, and relational choices beyond the program.Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.
-
The Self-Keeper™ is a meaningful commitment of time, energy, attention, and money.
You will get the most from the experience if you are willing to make space for the work rather than treating it as one more thing to fit into an already overloaded schedule.
That does not mean putting your life on hold. It means giving yourself enough room to reflect, integrate, and practice what we uncover together in your real relationships and daily choices.
If possible, I recommend avoiding multiple intensive 1:1 healing or coaching programs at the same time, so you have the space to notice what is changing and let the work settle.
This journey is best suited to women who are curious, open, and genuinely ready to participate in their own growth.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.
But it helps to feel a real sense of readiness for what could become possible when you begin relating to yourself differently. What will help me get the most from this work?
-
The full Self-Keeper experience is $2222/month for 12 weeks.
YOUR RELATIONSHIPS MAY BE WHERE YOU NOTICE THE PATTERN.
The relationship with yourself is where we begin.
If you are ready to stop repeating old patterns and begin relating from greater self-trust, truth, and self-respect, I would love to support you.
